Westlaw AU - Researching Secondary Sources (Webinar) Online
This online session will cover how to find, browse, and search secondary sources on Westlaw Australia. It will discuss the different types of secondary sources including journals and commentaries, as well as highlighting the various research methods for locating information.
This session will include:
- How to find a list of secondary sources using the customer profile menu.
- How to locate a secondary source using the Global Search.
- Viewing the “i” button for author information and content overview.
- Browse a secondary source and utilise the Reading Mode.
- Locate content using an index.
- Conduct a search across one or more secondary sources.
- Structure a terms and Boolean connectors search using the Global Search.
- Use post search filters to refine search results.
- Download, print or email documents.
- Save content into folders.
